Yes. We work directly from the architect's and engineer's plan sets, coordinate daily with the GC and other trades, and clarify landlord-vs-tenant scope from the lease. Clear communication and hitting milestones is how we keep the electrical from becoming the bottleneck.

Yes. Restaurants need kitchen equipment circuits and hood/make-up-air interlocks; medical and dental need dedicated equipment circuits and specific grounding. We have the code knowledge and inspection track record for both, plus retail, office and fitness build-outs.

Yes. We pull the electrical permit, coordinate plan-check and inspection, and handle Title 24 lighting-control compliance — automatic shut-off, occupancy sensing and daylighting controls — which is a common reason build-outs fail inspection if it's not done right.

TI electrical is quoted from the plan set and scope after a walkthrough — every build-out is different. We provide a written, itemized estimate so the GC and tenant know exactly what's included, and we flag any landlord-scope items separately.

Yes. B&M Electrical Services is a licensed California C-10 electrical contractor (CSLB #1098584), fully insured with general liability and workers' comp, and we provide certificates of insurance and meet GC and landlord insurance requirements.
