Submitting a contact form, calling us, or requesting a quote does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. Electrical work is performed under a separate written estimate and/or service agreement signed by the customer and B&M Electrical prior to any work commencing.

• · Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• · Actual costs may vary if unforeseen site conditions are discovered once work begins; we will notify you before proceeding with additional scope
• · Payment terms, scheduling, and warranty coverage are specified in the written work agreement

3. Licensing, Permits and Code Compliance

B&M Electrical Services Corp holds a valid California Electrical Contractor license (# C-1098584) issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). We are fully bonded and insured.

For work that requires a permit under the applicable local jurisdiction (City of Palmdale, City of Lancaster, City of Santa Clarita, LA County Building & Safety, LADBS, or other authorities having jurisdiction), we obtain all required permits and schedule final inspections prior to project closeout unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for any permit fees unless explicitly included in the written estimate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and layout — is the property of B&M Electrical Services Corp or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
